Ethics in the Workplace

Ethics in the workplace is often conflicted by the secular world and moral theology. For many, ethics is legalistic and defined by certain "rights" and natural world beliefs. Many believe ethics is about feelings, law, religion, culture or science. With the "natural law" imprinted by God in every human heart, humankind is able to discern right from wrong. While we celebrate the diversity of humankind, we can also be centered and bound by our connection with each other, and to the creator of the universe who implanted a moral code in every human being since the beginning of time.
