Rob Faw, Ph.D. is the founder of Catalyst and a 70-time marathoner, Ironman, board-certified master coach, and entrepreneur passionate about dynamically empowering businesses, executives, and leaders for generational impact. He is a former CEO of several tech companies serving hundreds of global organizations.
